Engine Repair & Builds
Valve cover gaskets to complete engine-out rebuilds — there's an air-cooled 911 flat-six on our build bench right now. That's the standard.
From gaskets to full builds
That’s Kinan on the bench — a triple ASE-certified master technician turning wrenches at the master level since 1993, who ran shop floors for BMW, Audi, Lamborghini, and Land Rover before bringing that experience to this bench. The flat-six in these photos is his current project. Most shops tap out when the job means pulling the engine. This is where ours starts. Engine diagnostics and builds for the Hudson Valley — from Stormville pickups to Cold Spring collector cars.

- Timing chains, tensioners, guides, and water pumps — the known failure points
- Head gaskets, top-end work, and complete rebuilds
- Engine replacement and engine-out reseals for mid- and rear-engine cars
- Every build documented, torqued to spec, and road-tested

An Audi R8 V10, going back home
Engine installs are the deep end of this trade — a mid-engine V10 supercar going back together on our floor. This is what "engine-out capable" actually looks like.

Air-cooled, RSR-mounted, in progress
This isn’t a stock photo — it’s the flat-six currently on our engine stand. Builds like this are why the everyday work here gets race-build discipline.
