White Glove isn't a courtesy shuttle — it's documented, door-to-door concierge transport for cars that deserve it, and it carries its own fee on top of the service work. That fee is quoted up front, before anything is scheduled, so there are no surprises on the invoice. If the car is the kind that gets a fender cover before anyone touches a bolt, this service is for you. If it's your daily commuter, save the money — bring it by the shop and we'll take just as good care of it in the bays.

How does white glove pickup and delivery work?

One call sets it up. We quote the White Glove fee for your location and vehicle, then schedule a pickup window that fits your calendar, document the vehicle’s condition with photos at handoff, transport it to our facility, complete the work with text-and-photo updates along the way, and deliver it back the same way it left — documented, clean, and done.

What vehicles qualify?

White Glove is reserved for exotic, collector, and high-end performance vehicles — Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche GT cars, AMG, M cars, and machines of that caliber. It exists because some cars shouldn't sit in traffic or a parking lot, not as a general shuttle service. If your vehicle is a daily driver, our regular scheduling will take excellent care of you right here at the shop.

Is there a fee?

Yes — White Glove is a premium concierge service and carries its own fee, separate from the service work. It's quoted before anything is scheduled, based on distance, the vehicle, and the transport it requires, and it appears as its own line on your invoice. For the cars and the clientele this was built for, it's worth every penny — but it is not free, and we'll give you the exact number on the phone before you commit.

How do I know what's happening with my car?

The same way all our customers do — direct communication, photos of what we find, and estimates approved before any work begins. With pickup and delivery, you also get condition documentation at both handoffs.
