You don't need to be at a dealership to get an extended service contract. As an authorized Alpha Warranty provider, we can set up coverage on the vehicle you already own. We inspect it, confirm eligibility by age and mileage, walk you through the plan options, and get the contract issued — often the same visit as your regular service. Factory warranty about to expire? That's the moment to do this.
2 — Bring Your Existing Coverage To Us
Already have a service contract from Alpha or another major administrator? You don't have to go back to the selling dealer for repairs. Bring it here: we diagnose the failure, contact the claims department directly with the findings, get authorization, and complete the repair. The administrator pays us directly — your out-of-pocket is typically just the deductible on your contract.

PriorityOne Unlimited — The Top Shelf
Alpha's premier protection plan, and the closest thing to a factory warranty: all parts on the vehicle are covered except a small list of exclusions in the contract — more than 750 covered parts across the engine, transmission and transfer case, electrical, fuel system, cooling, suspension, heating and AC, steering, and brakes, with EV and hybrid powertrain coverage built in. Eligibility up to 10 model years and 150,000 miles, unlimited mileage term lengths, enhanced eligibility for commercial and lifted vehicles, and a dedicated PriorityOne support line. Optional add-ons: Hi-Tech (screens, cameras, parking and driver-assist sensors, infotainment) and Drive Battery Pack for hybrids and EVs.

A+ Unlimited — Strong Mid-Level Coverage
Alpha's mid-level plan covers more than 260 parts across the engine, transmission and transfer case, drive axle, cooling, A/C, electrical, fuel system, turbo or supercharger, steering, brakes, and suspension — with unlimited mileage term lengths and EV coverage. Eligibility up to 15 model years and 175,000 miles, so higher-mileage daily drivers still qualify. The optional A+ Enhanced package adds the radiator and heater core, fuel injectors and fuel tank, wheel bearings, hub assemblies, and ball joints — plus optional Seals & Gaskets, Hi-Tech, and Drive Battery Pack coverage.
A La Car Unlimited — Build Your Own
Alpha's entry-level powertrain plan, covering up to 88 parts: the engine and cooling internals, transmission and transfer case, and turbo or supercharger — then you add coverage à la carte where you want it: air conditioning, drive axle, electrical, fuel system (gas vehicles), and seals & gaskets. Unlimited mileage term lengths, EV powertrain and EV transmission coverage, and an optional Drive Battery Pack for electrics and hybrids. Eligibility up to 15 model years and 175,000 miles — real protection for older vehicles at an entry price.
All three plans include nationwide coverage, unlimited mileage term lengths, roadside assistance, rental assistance, and increased resale value, per Alpha's brochures. What "750+ parts covered" actually means
PriorityOne Unlimited is exclusionary coverage — the contract lists what's not covered, and everything else is. That flips the usual warranty game in your favor. Here's the territory it covers, straight from Alpha's own brochure:
Engine & EV Powertrain
From crankshaft, camshafts, timing components, and internal lubricated parts down to seals and gaskets — and on electrics, the traction motor, inverter, converters, stator, and mounts.
Transmission & Transfer Case
Transmission, case, control module, torque converter, differentials, CV joints, driveshafts, wheel bearings and hubs — plus EV transmission and transaxle internals.
Electrical & Modules

- 1 — Get it here. Drive it in or use your plan's roadside assistance to have it towed. Stop driving if continuing would make the damage worse — contracts require you to prevent further damage.
- 2 — We diagnose. Our technicians pin down the actual failure with dealer-level diagnostics — the same diagnose-before-parts approach we take on every job.
- 3 — We call it in. We contact the claims department directly with the failure, cause, and repair plan. You don't sit on hold — that's our job, and we speak the same language as their ASE-certified adjusters.
- 4 — Authorized, repaired, paid. Once the claim is authorized, we complete the repair. Alpha pays us directly — you pay your deductible (if your plan has one) and drive.
